1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Axogent website or using our product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or product.

2. Use of the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;
• Disrupt or interfere with the site's operation or security;
• Use the content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

3. Plans & pricing

Pricing shown on this website is indicative and may change over time. The specific plan, features, and fees that apply to you are the ones confirmed at sign-up or in a written order, which take precedence over general statements on this website.

4. Intellectual property

Axogent and its licensors own all rights in the Axogent software, website, content, and branding. These terms don't transfer any intellectual property to you beyond the limited right to access and use the product under your plan. Any feedback you choose to share may be used to improve the product, with no obligation to you.

5. Payment

Fees and billing cycles are set out in your plan or order. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. Overdue accounts may be suspended and accrue reasonable interest as permitted by law.

6. Warranties

We provide the Axogent product and website with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axogent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from your use of Axogent is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Axogent and cancel your plan at any time, as set out in your order. On termination, any fees accrued up to that point remain payable, and we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless a written order specifies otherwise.
